*Legal Declaration in terms of the recent POPI Act*
As we all know the compliance due date for the `Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”)`, being 30 June 2021, is now enacted and brings a few changes to the collection and storing of personal information.
One of these changes is that administrators will be required to obtain your consent for being part of a Membership Platform or Social Media group where your personal information is shared with the administrators.
